Bolsover Drama Group

The 2011 Bolsover Drama Group Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 21st July at the Assembly Rooms, Bolsover. The meeting reviewed the group’s activities through 2010/11 and updated members on plans for 2011/12. The meeting also saw the election of the group’s committee for 2011/12.  All members were up for re-election, with the exception of the Chairperson, Co-vice-Chairperson and Minute Secretary.  The current Secretary, Janet Atkinson, and Treasurer, Chris Booth, announced their intention to retire from their positions and were thanked for their hard work over many years by the group. Following auditions held on Tuesday 12th July at the Black Bull and Thursday 14th July at the Assembly Rooms in Bolsover the 2011 Bolsover Drama Group production of ‘Viva Mexico’ has been cast.
