Bolsover Drama Group member Derrick Hulett helped Bolsover Drama Group raise over £400 by having a sponsored beard waxing at the group’s after-show party on Saturday 9th October. The usually clean-shaven Derrick was asked to grow the beard as part of his role as the be-whiskered Enoch Snow in the Bolsover Drama Group production of ‘Carousel’.  Following the final performance he had his facial hair waxed off during the after-show party at the Ace of Clubs in Hillstown after receiving sponsorship from group members, family, friends and work colleagues and donations given during the show’s run. Thank you to Derrick, Keyleigh Hulett and Michelle Simpson who assisted with the waxing and all those who sponsored or donated.
